Corporate Counsel Women of Color® is a not-for-profit organization that relies solely on benevolent donations, in-kind gifts, and the financial support of sponsors and individuals to help it achieve its goals of supporting in-house women attorneys of color and improving diversity in the legal profession and workplace both in the United States of America, as well as abroad.

Corporate sponsorship, in-kind gifts, and benevolent donations will provide support to Corporate Counsel Women of Color® in the following areas:

• Development of diversity studies to measure recruitment, retention, and promotion of in-house women attorneys of color in the legal profession.
• Development of substantive programming relating to strategic planning for career success, which will ultimately assist in improving the retention and advancement of in-house women attorneys of color in the workplace.
• Publication of the Corporate Counsel Women of Color® Magazines and the Corporate Counsel Women of Color® E-Job Announcements, which will help to facilitate information sharing among the group and provide a common thread that will weave together in-house women attorneys of color around the globe.
• Organizing effort to identify in-house women attorneys of color in the United States of American and abroad to facilitate the growth of Corporate Counsel Women of Color®.
