Message From Founder and CEO

Within seven years, over 2,700 in-house women attorneys of color, who work for Fortune 1000 and Forbes 2000 companies, organized around the United States of America and abroad for two common goals - to build a community and to foster diversity in the legal profession.

This miraculous organizing effort has truly been divinely orchestrated.

We are at a critical point in history. Generations to come are depending on us to "ACT" at such a time as this. The legal profession is looking to us for leadership on issues relating to the practice of law and on issues pertaining to diversity.

Because we are the present and the future, we must take the time now to invest in our tomorrow. This requirement entails our supporting one another, strategically planning for advancement, and advocating for inclusion.

No one person can do it alone. Our success requires us to do away with the ideals of individuality and focus now on collectiveness. Only by combining our resources, ideas, knowledge base, talents, and skill sets will we be able to actually impact the community and effectuate change. Furthermore, in order for us to maximize our value and opportunities, it will require us to unite globally.

In the end, as a collective body, our opportunities for success and achievement will be limitless.
