Internship Legal Department - 575306 Location: Munich, Germany Description In this position, you will be supporting clients based in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) on a variety of sales, marketing, biz development and technology related issues, including software licensing, technology transfer licensing, antitrust and/or unfair competition issues, copyright issues, contract review, drafting and negotiation. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Researching specific technology related questions in several EMEA jurisdictions through independent research and by giving effective day-to-day instructions to outside counsel - Working in a small legal team, and will be expected to work flexibly as a fully integrated member in support of business clients spread across a number of countries in EMEA
Qualifications You should possess a relevant educational qualification. Additional qualifications include: - Ability to operate independently on most of your activities in a fast-changing international environment, including negotiations, but with training and supervision from a more experienced attorney on the more complex issues - Ability to demonstrate excellent legal commercial ability, critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects with a wide variety of people across multiple countries within EMEA
