We are now recruiting First and Second Year Law students for our Summer Internship Program at our corporate offices in Santa Clarita, CA (just north of Los Angeles). DATES: Program runs from June through early August. ELIGIBILITY: Must be currently enrolled in Law school. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform various tasks as assigned by the department to which you are assigned. Projects include, but are not limited to: assisting in managing outside litigation, corporate compliance projects and record retention, reviewing and revising contracts and reviewing regulations. REQUIREMENTS: Well organized and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers. Must be willing to reliably travel to Santa Clarita, Monday through Friday from 8:30am -5:15pm. COMPENSATION: Paid hourly; rate is determined on candidate’s education level. DEPARTMENT: Intern will report directly to the Corporate Governance Counsel in the Legal Affairs Department.
