Internship Description:
Seeking a Legal Intern interested in gaining corporate legal experience in an in-house corporate environment. The Legal Intern will work closely with Clorox attorneys and provide legal support by drafting documents, policies and researching legal issues on behalf of the Clorox Company. The areas of focus will include, but not be limited to, Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance, Regulatory, Litigation, International, Compliance, Marketing and Advertising

Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong decision making and problem solving skills

Ability to successfully balance multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines
Strong PC skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office programs preferred
Experience using electronic legal research methods preferred

Qualifications:
Current law student (preferably 1L) in good standing
Top academic performance
