Job Title Internship: Employment Law (for academic credit)
Job Description In this position, the individual will be working with SanDisk’s Director of Global Employment Law, this intern will assist on projects relating to domestic and international employment practices, worker data privacy, and other employment law matters. Projects will entail conducting legal research, reviewing and drafting contracts and other legal documents, and assisting with the development of policies, training materials, checklists and guidelines. May also assist with litigation and administrative agency matters as needed.

This position is open to 1st or 2nd year law students from an accredited university who are interested in receiving academic credit for hours worked. Individuals are responsible for submitting documentation and/or enrolling in the appropriate course(s) in order to receive academic credit.

This individual must have good verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient with a PC.

Job Title Internship: Commercial Transactions (for academic credit)
Job Description In this position, the intern will be working primarily with a group of three local attorneys in SanDisk Commercial Transactions Group, intern projects will entail conducting legal research, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, forms, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents, and assisting with the development of policies, training materials, checklists and guidelines. Will also assist with projects relating to ecommerce, data privacy, global regulatory compliance, entertainment law or other areas as needed.

This position is open to 1st or 2nd year law students from an accredited university who are interested in receiving academic credit for hours worked. Students are responsible for submitting documentation and/or enrolling in the appropriate course(s) in order to receive academic credit.

This individual must have good verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient with a PC.
