HP Legal & Government Affairs Department Diversity Summer Law Clerk Program 2010

The HP Legal and Government Affairs Department has approximately 950 employees in over 40 countries, supporting all aspects of HP’s business and regulatory agenda. Our mission is to provide legal advice and support that helps our clients achieve the company’s business objectives in a manner that complies with applicable legal and ethical standards. This summer, we will be running our 1L Diversity Summer Law Clerk Program at our Palo Alto, California headquarters.  The Program is a 9-week paid ($1,200/wk) internship. Two (2) law clerk positions are available this summer.

Law Clerks in the HP Legal and Government Affairs Department will have the opportunity to work (independently and/or in conjunction with senior attorneys) on a wide variety of projects in Commercial & Competition Law, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Corporate (Securities and M&A), Employment, Environmental, Ethics and Compliance, Real Estate,  Procurement/Contracts, and Government Affairs.
