Cancellations, No Shows, and Refund Policy: Please email cancellation to . For cancellations received prior to April 30, 2010, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $25.00 service fee. For cancellations received between May 1, 2010 and July 31, 2010, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $50.00 service fee. For cancellations received between August 1 and September 1, 2010, 50% of the registration fee. For cancellations received after September 1 and before September 15, no refunds (only a transfer credit to be applied toward the 2011 conference). After September 15, no refunds or credits available. Individuals who do not cancel their registration and/or do not show up will not be issued refunds or credits.
